1(b) - Child Protection System Consumer Survey (from child's perspective)

This survey is to collect reliable statistics from persons who have had dealings with a child protection agency in Canada as a minor 18 years or younger. Because the experiences of children can be much different from that of their parents a separate survey form from a child's perspective has been created. This would include children who were living at home with parents as well as children in foster care or group home settings. Any person who feels that they were affected in a positive or negative manner by a child protection agency at any time during their years 18 and younger are encouraged to participate with this survey.
