This survey is to collect reliable statistics based on those Canadian parents who have been affected by lawyers specifically representing their children during any type of court related matter

06 - Women's Shelter Consumer Survey (for women clients)

(NOTE: THIS SURVEY IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
This survey is to gather reliable statistics from persons who have been affected in a positive or negative way by their experience with a women's shelter anywhere in Canada. Children who resided in a women's shelter with their mothers are also encouraged to participate with this survey.

5(b) - Children's Lawyer Survey (from child's perspective)

This survey is to collect reliable statistics based on the input from persons who were represented by a lawyer during any legal matter while they were a minor under the age of 18 years of age.

Foster Home and/or group home survey (Based on the experiences of a minor in care)

This survey is to gather reliable statistics from persons who have had experiences themselves (present or past) as a minor (18 years or younger) living in a foster home, group home or secure treatment environment while under the care of a child protection agency. This survey is intended to identify those agencies which provided the care for minors and to gather statistics on the quality of care, physical, sexual or emotional abuse of those while under the legal care or guardianship of a child protection agency.

Handling of domestic violence by police and the courts survey (men and women)

This survey is to collect reliable statistics on the issue of how police and the courts deal with the issue of domestic violence based on the experience of men and women who have been affected. Only those persons who were affected AND where either the police and/or the courts were involved should respond to this survey.
